Where there’s a will there’s a way – I got me some Sara Happ Honey Apple Lip Scrub!!!!

When I want something really bad I go and get it and even though this is exclusive only to Japan, there was no way I was going to sit back and not try to obtain one of these lip scrubs. The great thing about living in the world of today is that you can know someone who knows someone who can get ahold of your beauty booty even if it’s from the other side of the world. In this case my work colleague and friend Zoe said that she knew a friend of a friend who would be able to get the Honey Apple lip scrub for me. The website that sells it is entirely in Japanese so I needed some help and I can’t thank Zoe and this friend of a friend enough. If this little box had a suitcase it would have  USA, Japan and UK stickers on it because it’s travelled mighty far to end up in my greedy little hands!

I paid £35 for the beautiful green box of lip scrub *mom faints*. So was it worth it? Well duh of course it is, it’s Sara Happ! Honey and Apple are not two things I would have put together and it only seems right that it was made for the Japanese market as there is something very kawaii about it which is one of the reasons I was jonesing for it so bad in the first place.

The scent itself is hard to describe and you don’t really smell it at first unlike the Red Velvet Lip Scrub which is really strong. However, while you are using it on your lips you can smell sweetness from the honey and a tartness from the apple. It’s quite refreshing and I hope Sara Happ will continue on this trend of fruit inspired lip scrubs.

As with the other lip scrubs this contains sugar, jojoba and grapeseed oil so it glides on your lips and gives them luscious kawaii inspired exfoliation. This will take pride of place with my other Sara Happ lip scrubs and even though I’m not a horder I’m going to keep the little Sara Happ lip scrub boxes. I’m sure I can find a use for them. I told Jamie today that when I win the lottery I’m going to commission Sara to make me a blueberry lip scrub. I can just picture the pretty little box now…………

This is available at Sparkling Beauty!

This looks and sounds absolutely lovely! There’s just something about the colour green that I can’t resist, although I’m not sure I could justify spending that much x

Hello Jennie
A friend of a friend from Japan brought it to the UK for me otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to get it. Can your friend send you one?
