Hootie cutie goodness with Gwdihw Welsh Beauty Balms

I’ve said it before: I need more balms like I need a hole in the head. But when I saw these adorably cute tins on the Supersmoocher website I had to have one or two. I actually managed to stop at two!

Orange & Lemon Smoochy Lips Lip Balm £4.50 – Everyone wants to have smoochy lips don’t they? This is a 100% natural lip balm made with beeswax and coconut oils; and essential oils of lemon and sweet orange. As it’s been so cold I’ve had to rub this a little harder to get some out but I reckon once it gets warm (please let it get warm) it will be more pliable. I thought I would have to apply this every few minutes but it lasts throughout my morning tea/coffee and I’ve only had to re-apply it after lunch and before bedtime. I’m not a huge fan of finger dipping when it comes to lip balm, however this is one of those tins you make a point of getting out of your handbag on the bus so everyone wonders what it is.

Nail Wizard Balm £4.50 – Who can resist an owl with a wizard’s hat and wand – not me! This balm does a fabulous job of keep my nails and cuticles in tip top shape. It also brightens your nails so may come in handy if you’ve been od’ing on the nail polish and your nails are looking a bit stained. This contains coconut and olive oils along with lemon essential oil. I actually prefer this to Lush Lemony Flutter, it absorbs quicker and smells naturally lemony (not like furniture polish – meow).

Gwdihw have loads of other cute tins to try including sleep, muscle rub, foot, and baby balm and gift sets. COPD orders you to go forth and support this cute Welsh indie brand!

Aww I love the packaging! The lip balm sounds so tasty and a nail balm better than Lush Lemony Flutter? Must try it in the future for sure then!

Hey Ashley – I know loads of people like Lemony Flutter but I think it just causes a mess where this one absorbs and helps to whiten your nails too!

I’m in love with the packaging! Especially the wizard one – I’d have to keep the packaging after the lip balm is all used xx

Yes the little tins will come in handy for something but it will probably be a while before I get to the bottom of it as there is so much – really good value! xoxo
