Hair stuffs we’ve been using

Korres Hair & Scalp Scrub £18 available at Bath & Unwind

This contains green silt and Corallina Oligoelements and no I don’t know what those are either but Jamie absolutely loves this stuff. He uses it once a week and it leaves him with a great smelling shiny coat! We did a full review last year if you want to read more about it.

Pureology Antifade Conditioner and Hydracure Mask – £12.65 and £20.99 at Feelunique

I only had one go with both sachets but this stuff is Uh-may-zing! I ran out of conditioner the other day and had to rummage through my samples box for some. I’ve had these for ages but I just ignored them – how stupid am I? I’ve since bought the shampoo and conditioner to take with me to the US so my hair doesn’t look like a haystack for my weddings.

The Body Shop Rainforest Shampoo and Conditoner (250ml) £6.00 each

I’ve really struggled to get excited about TBS the last few years other than some of their face masks that I buy on a regular basis. I bought these just to see what they were like and I have to say I’m impressed. I love the scent and even though the shampoo doesn’t contain any sulphates it still lathers really well so you don’t end up using too much. The conditioner is super light and good for greasy hair like mine – pretty good for everyday haircare.

Has anyone tried

The TBS Rainforest hair care is surprisingly good, especially the conditioners!
I never had much luck with the Korres Hair & Scalp scrub though.

Hey Ashley – Jamie uses the Korres Scalp scrub more than me, I think if you have really short hair then it works better and is easier to rinse. After I use it my hair feels greasy for the day and then it perks up over the next few days. Thanks for stopping by! xoxo

I haven’t tried any of these products but I am being curious about the Korres one !

The Korres one is very unusual, it feels really squidgy and smells a bit like a pond but it is interesting to use. I do think with your long hair it might be difficult to rinse tho! x

The Korres hair scrub is something I’ve never heard of before but it does sound great! I perform a lot of Indian head massages and a treatment called ayurveda massage both basically involve putting oil into the hair which can be a nightmare to wash out, I’m going to order a bottle today to see if it will help with the oil removal. Thank you for sharing xx

Hey Daniella, let me know how you get on with this, I’m curious now to see if it will work!

The TBS ones sound nice! Though I will say TBS hasn’t come out with anything that really excites me either.

I know right, I don’t know what it is but every time I visit them it’s just Meh! xoxo

I would be curious to try the body shop shampoo and conditioner, I am starting to think I may go back to the stuff full of bad things just because I can’t stand my hair getting greasy so quickly, I need lather and detergent!!

I hear that Ms Ayshe! I’ve always had the greasiest hair ever – it always makes me laugh when people say not to wash everyday yeah right and look like a tramp! xoxo
