CourtneyNatura Ekos Maracuja Three Phase Body Oil 200ml
I asked the lovely Courtney from Glamorous Barbie to do this review for me as I wanted to share the Natura love. I’ve already reviewed the Ekos Andiroba Cream and Ekos Castanha Hand Balm and and I wanted to see if someone else loves this Brazilian brand as much as I do. So over to you Courtney!
I’ve never actually tried body oil before. I’ve tried loads of products ranging from shower gels to bath bombs, but never body oil. I know a lot of people swear by it, and that was one of the many reasons I was super excited to get this.

Does It Deliver?
I really, really like this. There’s barely any faults right down from the packaging to the actual product itself, I have been using this like crazy recently. I have to admit, at first I wasn’t too sure exactly how to use it. I was wondering if you put it on in the bath, or put it on after your bath, I actually tried it both ways as I wasn’t too sure and wanted to cover all bases – it works great either, but I think you’re supposed to put it on in the bath, get out and then towel dry. When I first applied it, I was thinking ‘Well, it’s not awful, but it’s nothing special’. I have to say at first, I was a little disappointed, aside from the smell, it didn’t seem to have made a difference to my skin. But, the next morning when I woke up, I noticed how soft my skin was! It was literally like somebody had secretly plunged me into a milk bath while I was sleeping, it was unbelievably soft, yet not greasy as you’d probably expect from a bath oil, it just felt hydrated and moisturised. If I had one problem with this, it would be the smell. It smells beautiful, but I thought it was a little overpowering. Even the people around me commented on how strong the scent was!
Overall, I was really pleased with this body oil. If you’re looking for a little pamper or a pick me up, I suggest using this as the results are well worth it! And judging by how soft my skin is, I won’t have to moisturise for weeks! If you’re not a fan of overpowering scents, perhaps this body oil isn’t for you. I would recommend this to my friends, and I would like to try more products from Natura, but unfortunately there are no stockists in the UK, and the website does not ship to the UK.
Thanks Courtney for this fab review (can you believe she is only 13!!!). And unfortunately you are right, Natura currently does not have any UK stockists. Natura I’ve been told is similar to Avon and you need to order it from a representative. Natura is available in France so hopefully availability in the UK isn’t far behind.
