Quick review – Posh Brats Mineral Bath Fizzy Bath Bomb

I have went through a fair amount of bath bombs in my time, most of them from Lush. Up until now I have found once that they have finished fizzing away the bath water is only slightly tinted and the scent is barely there. I always end up feeling under whelmed and not overly relaxed.

When gave me the Posh Brats bath bomb and didn’t hold out very high hopes for it to be truthful. It looked just like a Lush offering at first glance and smelled like one too. A lovely herbal smell but with a little some thing extra. Once in the bath the similarities ended. I’ve never seen a bath bomb fizz as much as this one did! With other bath bombs I’ve always been left with a little bit that just wouldn’t fizz away but with Posh Brats the whole thing fizzes away within a matter of minutes leaving the bath water a deep, deep blue.

My gorgeous deep blue bath that my hubby enjoyed…..

The whole of the upstairs of my house became beautifully scented and the smell lingered. Now being the kind wife that I am, I let the hubby relax in the Serene blue hot water. Judging by the look on his face when he finally finished steeping showed that the bath bomb had been a complete success and part of me wished that I had locked the door and jumped in myself but we live and learn :-)

In my opinion the Posh Brats are much, much more value for money than bath bombs from say Lush. I know that I will be buying more from them in the near future!

This sounds great although I’m not a big ‘bather’. I’m much more of a shower power chap! Will pop over to the Posh Brats website to have a nosy around. :-)

I hate taking baths (how wrong does that sound?) and would give any thing to have a power shower because everything seems to take ages in the bath! I think that’s why I let hubby use this because I don’t need another reason to spend loads of time in the bath!

I love bath products and most of mine are from LUSH. I’m intrigued by this brand. When I hear more raves about the products, I just may consider ordering from them since I don’t live in the UK and shipping is so expensive I might as well purchase from LUSH.

I’ll put this down in my wishlist though haha. :D

I am a big fan of the lush bath melts and the bubble bars.
If only shipping wasn’t so blummin expensive eh?

Sounds amazing if only my tub wasn’t replaced by a shower.

If only we could trade as I would swap you my bath for your shower!

I don’t get to take baths very often with three kids running around and a full time job and husband; seems that I don’t get much time for that sort of thing. This looks like it would make the once-in-a-while-bath that I do get to relax even more of a special occasion.

I have a box hidden away with treats such as this. I tend only to soak in the bath when Im in pain an it’s nice to have things to put in the bath to make the experience a little more pampering.
I would certainly recommend this for your treat Audrey! S xoxo
